United StatesI cant say enough nice things about this company. I purchased my first candle from a small lakeside boutique in upstate NY. I instantly became obsessed with the scent (student loans) and started ordering online for several occasions as gifts. (as well as myself) I ordered my best friends wife a pre wedding day candle to say its 2020 and you some how pulled this off, let's rage!! I wrote an incorrect address, I ******* UP! It kept getting shipped back and forth and would never get delivered. I contacted the company and they looked into it, also realized they couldn't adjust the address, and simply sent another. It was my fault and they had sent a product to exactly where I told them to, however, they helped me out. They even update the note, because at this point wedding had passed... canceled plans is simply amazing and I cant stress enough how amazing their scents are,give them a shot, they will not disappoint!!
